dieselhunter22 09-18-2010, 06:20 PM I have a K&N airfilter and have been advised to pull it out of my truck and smash it into a thousand pieces. That being said, can anyone recomend a solid air filter to replace the K&N. I have heard FRAM and Penzoil. Not sure of the best. If you are running a cold air kit, I can get you an equivalent KN replacement. Regardless- both are dry filters that are WARRANTED for 4 YEARS/100,000 miles. Easy clean up and back in the truck!!!!!!
