Hi All, Just found the forum and thought I would join. I am planning on fitting a 6.6 Duramax and 6 speed Allison into my 96 80 Series Landcruiser. Currently I am looking at purchasing either a new crate engine and new trans or a second hand low mile package. Anyone that may be able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

As for your swap, it sounds cool. I'd look for a low mileage rollover, that way you get all the donor truck parts for the same as a new engine. A lot of guys go that route.
