I have a starting issue on a 95 Dodge pickup (12 valve Cummins) that I hope someone can shed some light on. If the fuel tank is full or the front of the truck is lower than the rear it starts fine cold but if the fuel level is less than say 1/2 tank or the front of the truck is higher than the back it doesn't want to start. What should I look for? Thanks

Sounds like the pump is loosing it's prime.

Might want to post this on the www.dieseltruckresource.com (http://www.dieseltruckresource.com) forum.

Great site for the Cummins owner.

check the fuel lines near the fuel filter if they are wet with fuel they are probably leaking air back into the system after shutdown.
