As of my last post (pre vacation ) my GMC dealer found my turbo boost sensor was bad and replaced it, Thank you very much solved one more problem, About 3/4 into the vacation while towing my 12,000lb 5er the service engine soon light comes on, No smoke just runs a little rough at idle A trip to Hohl GMC in Carson City and they found my #1 injector starting to go bad and the Heater intake relay bad, Take it to your Dealer when you get home thanks for spending the day with us, Please pay cashier. In we go yesterday to my GMC dealer and of course the tech is on vacation this week, I have an appointment for next Monday, while talking with the service writer she ask if I run Stanadyne conditioner every other tank, Which I do ,next she says they are going back to old school and recomends 1 quart of ATF (automatic Transmission fluid) every 3rd tank, now she has me scared, Is this good advice has any one else been told about this, Sound like they are desperate and are looking for any quick fix.
