: 2 lbz engines different stuff look inside

i currently have 2 2006 lbz trucks now and have a question about the engines i have taken pics of them and there are some electrial connections tht are different? can any body tell me why?
here is a pic of my new 2006 lbz i just bought

the two trucks are both 2006 lbz one is the lt2 and the other is the ls and other than tht they are the same???

I wonder if someone put a boost fooler on one of the trucks, becuase that is where the boost fooler connects to. follow the wires and see if there is a little box attached to one of them.

Looks like the new one has had the MAP sensor relocated ??? Odd.

a boost fooler will let the ecm think there isn't full boost under full throttle so the turbo will spool faster for more boost for more power. usually there will be a little switch to turn it on and off and a little knob to turn it up and down. but some people just hide them and leave it on all the time.

ok yea i didnt see any switch in the cab

wht about the maf relocate???

The MAP sensor has been relocated after the grid heater per the TSB because it's prone to freezing in cold climates or some nonsense like that.
