It's been doing this for a bit but it getting worst, my 1994 chevrolet silverado reg cab long box 2500 6.5lt has a hard time starting. The engine turns but won't start. Need some help please.

Could be a whole bunch of things.

Does it smoke when it starts? White smoke?
How old are the glow plugs? Do they work?
Any history on your PMD? (Pump Mounted Driver - has it been replaced)
Open your petcock on the thermostat housing and see if you have fuel come out while the engine is idling. If you do good. If not and stalls, bad, post back.

Hey started my truck today took abit of convincing. I had to reset the key three time and the dash was clicking on the third time it stop clicking and started up and puffed out white smoke. hope its not something expensive:eek:

Check your glow plugs. ahh, maybe I should say check the FAQ's too.....
