I have 99 2500 silverado that has started giving me issues. It has a vibration mostly in the seat and a little in the steering wheel starting at about 45 and getting worse with speed. A fluttering sound can also be heard along with vibration. I have recently replaced the u-joints, front gear box, pitman and idler arm, inner and outer tie rod ends. Any ideas on what can cause this?
