My Truck has a bench seat in the front, with the center jump seat that folds down into a center console. I've had a couple older gmc/chevys that had this, and they all had a cover that would close over the storage compartment. This way you could keep stuff in it and flip it up for a seat without worrying about it. My dmax doesn't have the cover. Is there another console piece that can be switched in? It's getting pretty annoying trying to find a place to throw stuff just so I can have somebody sit in the center seat.

Why not throw all your junk under the center ass cushion? You don know the center ass cushion flips up to reveal more storage and a 12V outlet, right?

Not on the one that he has pictured it doesn't. You have to have the one with the console on top with the three cup holders to get the storage underneath as well.
