I'm thinking about doing a couple of upgrades to my truck and have a few questions.

1. I want to do an EGR blocker plate. I already have done an aftermarket exhaust and killed the catalytic converter. If I scan my computer I get the p0401 and p0404 codes but my SES light never comes on. Can I use the blocker plate without the finger stick and not get the SES light?

2. I'm thinking about adding a boost stick. What gains exactly will I see? Also would it work ok with my banks economind? I just want to make sure that it doesn't add too much boost.

You should be ok-sounds like you have an FE9 truck there. Same thing I have and no light. There is not that much benefit in my opinion to a boost stick-the turbo is really efficient and the stock boost level which I think is 27 psi. The boost stick takes boost to 32 psi and unless running a tuner that changes the fuel delivery curve, added boost can only do so much, maybe lower EGT's a bit
