The PPE has more fuel than you can burn already.

OK, Well you boys tell me out of the BIG 4, which is closer to advertised HP on the dyno. VA 200+, Quad 215, PPE Hot, or TTS Extreme? Can a guy achieve the 500 mark with any of these or does a guy need more wind and injectors!!!

You will get close to 500 with 2 of those, being the VA and the TTS, but you will need more than just that to get over 500... Hurts to know you can get so close, yet be so far away... Good luck

Every dyno, operator, truck different.

same tune in different parts of the country, different dyno and truck will vary by 50 hp.

If I were to ask again---What would it take to bump up against 500 RWHP----what could you tell me?? (No turbo, though!!!) Or is it ALL a big secret??? It sure the hell is with these program manufacturers---they claim big #'s on their adds---and then fall short. (And by more than 20-30 HP) I know there is a right mix out there and everyone is different---so let's here it. This is my last post on this subject. Thanks in advance!! (Still at 450 RWHP and waiting)

DO A SEARCH ON 550

Then you will have a pretty good idea of what it takes. Enjoy the debate!

We expect to hear no more of this for the next few days until you read each and every post.

How do the manufactures fall short? I think quad at 215 isnt falling short by itself....and the TTS claims of 200HP definatly dosnt fall short. Actually TTS is the farthest away from hitting thier advertised numbers;) 200 hp would put you at the 450 or so to the rear wheels.

Liftpumps, exhaust, intake, TTS Xtreme will get you between 475 and 500.

No secrets.....just takes a bit of reading;)

BTW Have fun, if you don't want to search just ask. Most will repost an old link like that one or help directly.

The dumbest question is the one not asked.

Especially the *cough* *cough* recent Turbocharger Failures

Not mentioning names to protect the guilty:badidea:

Just dynoed at 500.8 hp last Saturday. See sig for mods.

Again though each Truck is different.
I think that if you copied the mods you would get similar results.
Tranny and converter will certaintly matter.

hdmod,

I drive and keep my settings as follows:
Quad is set at at 215 and Edge/Attitude is on level 3. I can't move Edge past level 3 without the engine bucking and shutting down.
