Is it OK to just drain the pan and refill with synthetic? I have factory fill in there now. I am at 32K and fluid still looks cherry red. 14 of the 32K is towing mileage.

From reading the allison site it is. I was looking into the transynd and read on the site about the interval if you do that. It is the same as just using normal tranny fluid, but you can do it.
