Hey all, I'm hope to get a new truck soon and have been looking at all the chips/programmers and definately wanna get a progammer or 2 to smoke a ricer every now and then, so my question is, is the banks six gun any good? also when i start getting these programs what kind of transmission upgrades do i need? I'm only 18 so i dont have entirely too much money saved, what would be the best without reaching too deep into my back pocket?

As for tranny upgrades, assuming you are getting a Duramax...check out the Allison aftermarket section and research that as well.

I am 18 also and am looking for the cheaper way for now. I went with EDGE becuase it monitors all you engine vitals, without the gauge pods on you pillar. And since I have plans to keep adding power I will probably go with ATS tranny upgrades...have fun and smoke LOTS of ricers.
