Does anyone know what is involved in getting this license? I understand that is the only way to get the dollar rebate on the B100. If I could get that, it would get the bio down pretty close to the cost of petrodiesel.

I think you have to move a certain amount of fuel/month in order to qualify.

But Ive also heard that the "final user" can also be the blender. But then you would have to convince the IRS to cut you a check..........

I guess I need to contact the IRS directly to find out if I can do anything as a final user. If I learn anything I'll post it.
