Hello everyone I am new to this forum. I have a 2003 D'Max and I am on Vacation. I am pulling a 5th wheel and my truck will not move. Everytime I try to go the truck just redlines and it does not move. So I unhooked the trailer and let the motor cool down. I tried it again and it was fine. Then when the tranny got to about 200 degrees it did the same thing. It will just redline and there is no power. I just had the neutral saftey switch replaced under warranty 3 days ago. I do not know if that had anything to do with anything or not.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be wrong? I now am at a campground in upper Michigan and I have to wait till Monday for a Dealership to open up to get this taken care of.

Thanks in Advance

Why was the NSBU switch replaced? That leads me to believe it was not the problem. Also that it happens when the temp gets high is another indication of an internal problem. How does the fluid look? Does the PRNDL flash when the truck wont move? Do you get a shift inhibited message? It could be as simple as a misadjusted NSBU, but it doesn't sound like it.
