Yes, but you'll have to change either the cooler line fittings or swap the conv. housings. The later housing has 7/8" threaded ports where the early ones had 3/4".
I think the p/n for the adaptors are 88996647. They will have a 7/8 thread but be bored deeper to accept the longer line ends.

My fitting kit has the part number 88996640.

Trans will swap fine. The only valve body available is the '05 and it works fine.
