I still have my Predator that I used prior to getting EFI Live. The thing is, on the box of the tuner, it says for "06-07 Duramax". Then, on the back of the tuner itself, it has a sticker that says for "06-08 Duramax". So, we tried it on my friends 08 LMM. When it booted up it gave us the option to tune an LMM ECM, so we loaded up the 80hp tune. Upon starting it, his engine had a timing rattle that scared the crap out of both of us. Sounded like a 6.0 powerstroke except louder. Then, when driving it it made no difference in power at all. Now I'm not knocking the Predator, because the thing was absolutely awesome on my truck! I'm just curious, does anyone know if this thing will actually work on an 08 LMM. Does it need to be updated or somehting?

Needs to be updated. Check the latest rev. and see what your is.
