I have a 2007 classic 3500. A couple of weeks ago I was pulling a open trailer with 3 atv's on it. I went to pass another truck pulling a trailer, so I floored it and pass the other guy and noticed my cel on and started loosing power. It went into limp mode. I pulled over, let it set for a few. Then I proceeded on to where I was going and the cel stayed on but the power came back. By the next day the cel went off and the truck ran fine. I've searched on here and figured I better change my fuel filter. It was showing 63% life left. One of the wires for the WIF sensor was broken so I replaced it with a new from the Dealership today. Could a broken wire off the WIF sensor cause the cel ?

Truck's an '06? Why not take it into the dealer and let them figure it out?

Thanks Guys, I'll take it in to get the code or codes checked. I didn't know the codes stayed after the cel went off.
