1997 f350 powerstroke. Auto trans. Any Idea how aften I should expect to be replacing my flexplate? Used to use the truck to tow but now it is a weekend driver. Made only a little difference in the flexplate life. Any idea where I can buy a heavy duty flexplate that will last a little longer?

Sounds like you could call SunCoast and have a long talk. I don't think the problem is the flex plate but what is causing the flex plate failure.
