Also what would the MPG be on somthing like this doing mostly highway. the guy said close to 20mpg but I don't beleave that at all.

Personally, way too much money. Also the LB7 have injector issues. Might want to do some reading on here and I think you will find out that the LBZ is going to be your best bet..
