Does anyone know if the remaining 2005's will still be discounted after the current sale? Or, will the rebate and GMS deal be gone for good?

This is my first post here, since I don't have a Duramax yet, I've only been lurking.

I've been talking with a local dealer quite a bit lately. I have no idea how much of this is true, but he tells me that the employee price (in one form or another) is going to stick around until the 05's are gone. He also claims that starting in 06, GM is going to be adopting a totally new price structure. Basically a way to make the employee price available permenantly. Claims that GM is really benefitting from the large sales volume and wants to keep it going. He didn't have numbers for me yet though, so take all this with a grain of salt. I'm going to be ordering an 06 very soon and I've been bugging the crap out of him for info.

Could all be BS from a saleman, but we'll soon find out.
