: Width of tailgate opening on 2011 dually mmoore2004 08-19-2010, 09:50 PM Anyone that has a 2011 dually I need to know the size of the opening at the tailgate. I have a cab over camper that is pretty tight on my 2003 dually, and the opening is 60". It has a kickout at the left rear that clears about 1/2". I also have to space upward 1-1/2" to clear bed rails. Also watch that little radius at the bottom of the opening.
