Hi all. I am wanting to do an egr blocking plate and a dpf delete. I need a programmer for that and would like a mild tune like 40-50 hp gain only. I know efi is the best but only can spend 300-500 and I don't know which one would be good for me. I want more fuel economy tow a camper on the back and a jet ski so not much there. But I am not interested in changing shifting at all. Would like to be able to change speedo for bigger tires though. Anything you all can suggest for me?

John Kennedys tow tunes are hard to beat. The tune and DPF pipe will be a bit more than that though.

Quadzilla is the cheapest option, but an Edge Evo Race or PPE Hot is well worth the extra money. We have them all on our site. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.

ok but it seems the edge is designed for racing. I am not looking for a go fast tune but a mild economy tune.

One other thing when I was looking at your programmers I cannot tell by reading them which ones will delete the egr and dpf in the programming? I want to take these off but don't see that your programmers support this.

Check out Fourth Generation Duramax Electronics (http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=179) for LMM engines in that section. They have a full chart on all tuners and what they do.
