Hey guys. My front end is squeaky when I turn either direction. Steering is solid with very little play. Have plenty of steering fluid. Any suggestions?

yeah, I was looking into that. Looking to replace tie rods and ball joints maybe go with idler/pitman arms. Might as well replace my stock job with heavy duty equipment.

Im haveing the same thing. Does it sound like the shocks or the shock bushings are dry or something.

mine has had since 10k miles: o.r.u. torsionbar keys cranked 3/4 (still have the needed 5/8"+ between uca's and droop stop) as well has the longer bilstein zinc shocks that o.r.u. supplied with the leveling keys, i added 2" rear blocks for a while but recently took them out though (got tired of the rake) the bushings on the bilsteins were worn out within 20k miles they were supposed to be long enough for this leveled application but sure as hell must not be...

well mine makes high pitch squeek on turns and bumps, did this before too, also on sharp turns front tires chirp and feel them cutting loose when chirping. same symptoms as first time and it was hub/wheel bearins then...well jacked it up other day and have wheel play again so is hub/wheel bearings now. i have pitman idler braces and tierod sleeves also, put them on with all new gm pitman/idler and tierods 50k ago tops... everything is worn out again.. im just doing solid axle now said hell with it!!!

i sold the o.r.u. keys, bilsteins, pitman/idler braces, tierod sleeves to a buddy who just got 05' duramax for $450 plus his stock keys/newer rancho shocks, and stock chevy chrome wheels with 265 nitto terra grapplers 1/2-3/4 tread.. that was with me and him just swapping the parts from truck to truck ourselves.

so for now until the axle goes in i have stock keys maxxed out, pretty new rancho shocks that were bought for stock application,. thats it! along with fairly worn out stock components(pitman/idler, balljoints, tierod ends, hub/wheel bearings) honestly it sits same height and rides better than the leveling kit!!!!!! shocks dont seem to be too short either! im gonna go to junkyard and get hub/wheelbearings for $50pc. off wrecked trucks.. paint the stock wheels he gave me black for when my 35's i've been running wear out(bout toast) and just run this setup till it goes under knife for s.a.s.
