Hi Folks
I purchased my 3500 a little over a year ago and have about 40,000 klm on it now. At about 20,000 klm it started a strange vibration in the steering wheel - at times it's a klunk. I have had it to the dealer 3 times and the last time they told me that GM has a new steering shaft to fix the problem which was installed - it fixed some of the problem but not all of it, it almost feels like a bad sway bar bushing but they are tight.The Gm tec also told me that he has seen balljoints beat out of these trucks at 20 klm. Does an one else have this same vibration/ klunk in the steering wheel ? It is making me crazy!
