I've heard some talk about the factory cold weather covers. I also have a friend with an '04 that has one, I believe it came with the truck. My dad and I both have '01s and I can't find any covers in the truck. Did the '01s come with these covers? If so, where are they? Edited by: WYO_DMAX

WYO, mine was supplied by the dealer at purchase, laying on the back seat. There was also the trailer brake connector "pigtail" in the glovebox. It's big (especially the bumper cover part) so it's not "stashed" anywhere.

Don't know about the '01's, but they're extra on the '04's. IIRC it was $55.00 extra for the cold covers when I ordered mine. I'm not fond of the fabric factory types, so I've got a Lund black cold front ordered to match the GMC grill.
