I have been wanting to install a grill in my truck for some time but was not a fan of the typical billet grills out there. I found a mesh one that I liked from Grill-craft but they did not make a lower bumper insert to go with it. I was able to purchase the mesh from them though to make the lower pieces myself. After cutting out the correct size pieces then taking round stock steel to make a frame for each insert and making some mounting tabs I think it turned out pretty good.

After you have driven it for a while, I would be interested to see if it has helped engine cooling and/or ATF cooling.
