My question is brakes on my '02 Silverado. The pedal sinks to the floor and does not return right away. The braking sux and I had been told about the slides on the calipers. So I replaced the calipers and still have the same problems. So now I look at the hydraulic booster behind the master cyl. and I see where its wet so something leaking.Gaskets? O-rings? Repair or replace the unit? Any thoughts on a cure? And how much $ will I be spending. I'll try and do it myself if not to difficult. THANX 4 THE HELP in advance...

i don't think you can replace the seals in the booster or master. but it does sound like its leaking fluid is the brake fluid level low?

I think the leaking problem is the booster not the master cyl. Dont these brakes have a power assist created by hydraulic as opposed to vacuum? Anybody have an idea? Anybody wanna reply?
