What is the best stack for power, I am currently running the edge and predator and am not happy............I get lots of bursting on some levels and inadequate acceleration across the board. I have a Suncoast Stall III in the tranny, so limping the transmission is not a concern.

PPE Hot Xcelerator + Edge Juice/***. runs very strong. Another one is the Hot Xcel + PPE Enforcer which is MADE to be stacked with the Hot Xcel.

This setup (PPE from pacificp.com and the VA box from vanaaken.com) has been known to be about the best stack out there so far for the LLY. I know DSTRBD sells the PPE programmers.

GTA- We run the Hot Xcelerator on kill and the J/A on settings 1-3 with low boost fueling turned down to 1-3. You will have to mess with it a bit to see what works for you as each settings runs a little different.

Why Would You Turn The Low Boost Down To 1 - 3, Wouldnt You Want All The Extra Boost You Can Get? More Information On How The Low Boost Fueling Would Be Very Helpful To A Lot Of People On This Site.

Stacking is not an exact science and can only be tuned via trial and error. What works best for some does not for others. I can not tell you why it works best that way as I dont know exactly how Edge or Diablosport achieve the numbers that they do. I can tell you that the low boost fueling delivers more fuel down low the higher you go. That being said, levels 4 & 5 provided too much fuel with the PPE box and therefore actually hurt performance. Hope this helps.

I have run the edge stack with the PPE, the VA witht he PPE and the VA witht he PPE. The edge stack was no good in my truck. it hated it. The PPE enforce and the VA ran same ET. but the VA did have 2 more MPH then the enforcer Hot PPE. WHen i put nitrous to it, the VA PPE did not like it, while the enforcer/ PPE did.

dieselrcr337, thanks for the great info. How did the different stacks work with the trans your running. Seems different stacks run better, partly because, the trans shifts better with them. Any thoughts?

The VA and PPE stack was shifing very well when i raced it. and like i said even tho the ET was the same the MPH was higher. So there is a possablity that it could have ran a little faster then the enforcer stack. the Edge and PPE stack i ran almost all night it it just didnt like it, shifting was bad, but it didnt want to learn with that stack or something, after about 7 passes i took it off put the enforcer back, and two passes later it was running and shifting good..( and chirping 4th) thats weird dont you think? WHen i put nitrous into the VA/PPE it didnt shift at its best. but also i ran a 12.6 spraying the enforcer stack after just 3 #2 passes. and the sprayed the Va/PPE after 4 #2 passes. so transmission should have been around the same lines of shifting. WHen i sprayed the VA 13.0 @ 110 lost 2.5 MpH over the enforcer stack + N20, and lost 4 tenths, so i had to be losing some on the shifts. is it possable that some stacks learn how to shift faster? sure would be nice if i could borrow a VA for 1/8 mile so i can try it again.
