Does anybody have any personal knowledge of/experience with the "Insynerator DSL (3" turbo direct) downpipe" for sale on eBay, item #130417314808? Although it sure looks like a (re-named) Diamond Eye version, the seller, Serious Exhaust Products, claims that it's not. "It is Insynerator DSL. Notice the different color wraps." The web site for the manufacturer, Lawson Industries, shows no such item. The only reason I'm asking is that the price of this downpipe is so much cheaper than the Diamond Eye ones for sale that it makes me wonder...

I've ordered a couple of them. If they are nice pieces I will become a dealer for them and bring them to the public. ;)

Just remember the old saying, "You get what you pay for". There has to be some reason they are less. Cheaper material, thinner wall tubing, something makes it cheaper to produce.

They're not too bad. I've sold quite a few so far. They are mig welded, but so is the competition I've been told.

Just put one of these on my LBZ. Its fit and finish are pretty good. The install is not fun but a great upgrade for the price. The heat wrap did move around a bit because the hose clamps were not very tight. I recomend checking that before you install one. The price is great i found them on ebay then found profab carrys them for the same price. If your in the market for a downpipe check them out.

I purchased one from Rick (profab) and thought it looked perfect - not cheap looking at all. I did have to remove a some metal around the section that "slips" into the turbo. It's a snug fit, and if the engine were removed, it would probably not be a problem fitting. But with the limited space you have to work with, I could not get the downpipe to seat properly without removing a micron or two with my Dremel.

I would not hesitate to order one from Profab, I think it's the same damn pipe that DE offers.
