how much power do you need to start up my truck.

12 volt system runs around 13.8 volts w/ charging.


Amps is what really starts your truck.


I ran 2 1000 CCA (cold cranking amps) batteries in my 6.5.


The colder the more CCA u need since batteries lose power the colder it gets.
