Has anyone had any problems with their headlight flickering on and off?

My headlights flicker on and off no matter what the position the headlight switch is in,( except off) its so bad that I have to drive at night with the fog lights on and shut the headlights off. The fog lights stay on and do not flicker.

When your headlight go off do the DRLs come on? If so could be a loose sensor (the one on the front of the dash). More likely a loose relay or bad ground. Have you tried using your high beams - do you have the same problem?

Definitely an assembly issue. It's still under warranty....
