Hey guys, just wanted to post up saying that after much debate and reading on these forums, I finally decided to mod my 08 2500HD ECSB. Its remained stock since late 08, now its time for an Edge CTS Race, DPF delete pipe, BD turbo timer, and a Trans go Jr shift kit. Now if only I was home to see how it all works, once I get home for leave in oct from afghanistan, me and my grandpa will spend a day putting all my new toys in.

One note though, anyone know of any good diesel shops in north east TN?? Im leary of drilling for my EGT probe, and if something *****s up, id rather it be on someone else. I am very mechanincally inclined, as is my grandpa, but still not something I want to embark on just yet.

Thanks for all the insight and help.

if you can do the transgo jr, you can definetly drill a hole and tap thread it. I too was worried about breaking a tap or something stupid happening but it was a piece of cake.
thanks for serving our country God Bless you!

Sorry for disappering, but it happens in my line of work.

As for the drilling and tapping, I got in contact with a shop up in Bristol, RPM Off-road. They will be doing my EGT probe along with a lift on the wife 2010 4Runner. Gotta keep her happy since she too is deployed with me. Any decent dynos in the area?? Ive been gone for over 6 years and whenever I am home usually I dont look for them, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys
