i had a my rear drivers blow out this weekend and took out the entire side of the truck, bumper, exhaust, back up alarm, bent brake lines and made a fricking mess out the truck not to mentioned my 5th wheel. Blew apart so hard the tread peeld off and blew the entire bead to bead! Of course 200 miles from home but we found a great Goodyear dealer in Pismo to wait for us and stayed afterhours for a set of new shoes - Pro silents---

The ruck damage is so bad the entire bed, tailgate and bumper will be replaced -- all i can say is replace them when a worn and dont comaplin about 260 buck per tire -- iam looking at 3k from a new rear half of a truck!

Might want to try talking to the company...how old were the tires? Did you purchase them new? How many miles did you have on them?

Yup, doesn't pay to run old or thin rubber, it will bite you every time.

bfg have seem to taken a turn for the worse in terms of quality in the last 5 years, we had so many issues with them that we quit selling them at the dealer. Goodyear silent armours have been great for us so far on the hds and don't wear near as fast as the bfg at's, never mind what matters most in a tire…traction….

as always this is just what i know in our area driving on our roads with feedback from our customers…lol….
