ok so here it is changed my water pumped and it leaked so i was cleaning it off and i found a crack in the timing chain cover where the top left bolt goes into. what would cause it to crack and is it a big issue? i put some JB weld on it for know. another question when you change the water pump when the gasket seats would it cause it to leak and i had to tighten all the bolts on it once i drove it a while so do you think i fixed it and y would the gasket seating cause the loose bolts or what? thanks

Did you torque it to specs?
Did you go around and around and around until the torque wrench clicked on everybolt without any of the bolts budgeing?

Don't know if it's a major issue, but if you want o replace it, I'm sure a lot of folks have one, myself included. Pm me if you need one.
