I started getting a woosh-woosh rubbing sound from the front left wheel on my 06 3500 dually 4x4 with 84,000 miles. I jacked it up and checked the wheel for movement. The bearing is tight as I can't get any movement. I removed the wheel and checked the pads & rotor. The pads have plenty of life and the outside of rotor looks fine while the inside has a slight groove. I can get a very slight feel of drag spinning the rotor with the wheel off, almost like a warped rotor or the inner pad rubbing intermittently. Any ideas on what else to look for?

While you have it jacked up don't forget to check the other side also.
