Who makes any? trying to find some cheap rims for the truck with backspacing between 4 5/8 and 5 1/2.

also does anyone know how much backspacing you can get away with on a 16x9 or 16x9.5 rim?

A short time ago, someone was looking for something cheap in a 17" steel wheel. Someone sent them to Stockton Wheel (on the web), I believe. Turned out more $$$ than a nice mag cost. Otherwise, try your local tire shops. A lot of them horde take-offs like nobody's business. You may have a hunt on your hands looking for a specific backspacing like that(?).

That was me. Stockton wheel wanted $182 for a 17x9 steel wheel with 4 5/8" bs. It'd be cheaper for me to get another Eagle Alloy rim matching the ones I have. It may have been expensive because I think if they don't have the wheel you need they make them custom.

Most places I've seen that make steel wheels only make them in OEM sizes.
