I am getting my air dog II installed today and was wondering about changing the filter when it comes to that time. Do I need to fill the filter before I put it on or is there a better way to prime the filter, or do I just screw the new one on and go with it and let the air separator prime it.
I am getting rid of the stock fuel filter and all that crap because I believe it is un-needed after the 2 micron airdog filter.

i prefer to fill filters prior to install, i pour the fuel into outside ports and let flow thru element, don't like dry run or to purge lots of air. there was posting about replacement filters for fass and airdog.
