Two problems at the same time... not sure if they are related.
My astrostart remote start doesn't start the truck anymore. I click the start button, the interior lights of the truck turn on then it reports back with 2 beeps and locks the truck.

Also - my airbag light is now on. Blinks 7 times then stays on.

Any ideas?

Firts let's get the remote working and go from there. Find the "brain" for the remote start. When you push the start button and it doesn't work, the red led light on the brain will flash. How many times did it flash? That is the fail code. I am guessing the switch is off, hood pin wire fail or passlock needs reprogramming?
I'm not much with airbag lights but I would check the sensors on the front bumper. Good chance your problem lies there.
