OK...Dually members..I went on the limb and ordered up the shirts. I have enough money for 64. I do not want to wait. I will be depositing everyones checks Monday 7/18

Please continue to order. I need us to get to 75.

THANKS TO ALL FOR THE SUPPORT!!!!!!

Jeff

Edit by Moderator...pasting previous shirt order info from deleted thread.

I am going to cut the shirt order off at 75. So when we get to that number, Ordering is closed and I will send it in. We are at 61 shirts, 14 more to go. If you want one of these collector items , better get that proverbial "check in the mail...."

The new price is $14.00 up to XL, then a $1.00 for every size larger after that.

S&H is $7.00

Voluntary Forum Contribution $5.00

Shirt order placed.

I paid for the 11 needed to get order rolling. So here is what is left to buy

5 Large shirts and 6 X-Large

If you want a size outside of that, I am sorry, the order has been fullfilled. I will stock the last 11 shirts and sell as orders are placed. Sorry to have to cut it off but we needed to move forward.

Thanks for your support

):h OH Geeez...This funny......I was plugging along with minimal activity on shirt purchasing..I finally cut order on half and ordered enough to cover basically what I had checks for and now the orders are flying in...

So I believe I have 3 L and 5 XL left unaccounted for. This will be a first come first serve basis... I will respond to each PM in order with price and will keep the checks in the order they were received....

I apologize the shirt order was for 72.....

Hi Jeff,

Would it be possible to get an update as to when the shirts might be
in from the tee shirt company. Lady Di and I are taking off
on a 3 week trip to Arizona on Aug. 5th, so I'd have to give
you an alternate shipping address if we don't make that date.

Also, since we live in Santa Cruz County, maybe we could catch
you on our way out since your in San Jose.

Thanks..... :)

56Nomad,
Yes it sure was a blast. Great quality family and friend time. I have been a water sports person for years and I have never seen such flawless water. I kept waiting for the afternoon chop where it is to rough to do anything other than drink...But those times never came.(Although I still found time to knock back a lot) The water was like glass all day, everyday. Due to this, I was on some kind of water skimming device all the time. I burned up 2 tanks of fuel in my Wakeboard boat. That is nearly 54 Gallons. I need a boat with a Duramax engine.....:)

It was sad to drop the mothership(houseboat) back at the Marina. Man that was a big sucker. 56 footer with Hot tub, satellite TV. Sleeps 16. Ya know what was funny, during our beginning walk through, we were told "DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB AS A LIVE WELL FOR FISH...:muahaha: I darned near fell down laughing...I said,"Well if you are telling us this, then someone did it"..He said YEP and it was disgusting...

OH Well back to the real world. Work and School for the children....Another summer gone...Poof!!!!

Oh and BTW, I saw a PDF shot of the shirts as the proof, they look very nice, I think everybody will like them. Look clean and not all busy

Welcome back to the real world Jeff!!! Good to have you back!

I know how ya feel too. I take a 2 week hiatus every year and start every day with a healthy shot of TGI Fridays mudslide in my coffee to warn off the prior days over indulgence. Of course...it also primes me for another day of hearty barley and hops intake during the day at the tie-ups and boat rides.:grd: And after 2 weeks of that, it normally takes a week to get my body back on normal terms!

Anyway! Welcome Back!!!

Duramax Dually

Thanks..Hey and thanks for the info on the mudflaps...those really worked to perfection. I hear guys all the time angry about trashing their Gel Coats on their boat with rocks. I saw one guy who ran over what appeared to be Cow Dung and it launched it all over his tower, side of boat and in areas in the interior.....Censored I felt for him...I did not even laugh...

Yes...the recovery time is brutal....Hard to come back and be trapped inside after being out with fresh air, awesome water and virtually no responsibilities(short of not drinking and driving the boat)

OH Well...Back to corporate meetings and answering hundreds of worthless internal e-mails. I finally figured out the auto-delete function in Outlook. ...):h All those people that send out 'Noise" are in there....

Duramax dually,
You California guys have to much summertime on your hands. This time of the year is our only construction window. So it is A-holes & Elbows and no time for vacation just long weekends when possible...

So maybe I will see a Teeshirt in a couple of weeks. Again thanks.......

Duramax Dually

Arguy,
Yeah, California does have it good from that aspect....But I can tell you...it can sure blow chunks in other areas....-:t

But what comes with the good has to be bad I suppose. If you are an outdoors person there is no doubt California is the place to live weather wise. You can start camping in late March and continue comfortably through late October and with the crazy weather we have, you can boat just about year round.

On the shirts, saw the proof, gave Craig the :thumb: so he is printing away. I will probably have them in a week then comes the task of getting them mailed out.

I love living in California.......If I were to move it would be further West
like MAUI:ro)

Glad you had a good trip. I've been to Powell a couple of times. Houseboats are a lot of fun. But, Whew! lots of work too! Attached is a photo of our houseboat and my boat. That thing was huge! Twin Merc 150's... 4800 rpm maybe 7mph. 1st fill up for gas $605. 6 adults and 6 kids. Shasta is a place on my list to get to.

Jeff, Thanks again for all the work putting this T-shirt thing together.
Please let me know if the $$$$ I sent you initially is still enough.
Cal..........

Hey you guys are all WELCOME on the shirts and stuff. It is fun

Nice Pics of Lake Powell. House boats are the ticket. Just being able to leave the boat in the water for a week and avoiding the jerks at the boat launch is worth it. Just pull the buddy anchor over, hop in, warm it up and get the line to the back deck on the house boat and launch from their. If you are good enough, you do not even hit water til you decide to fall.:ro) I have a picture in my sig link of our deal. As for work on the houseboat, it went very smooth. all of us adults had certain details to do, the children just played. Worked out perfect. We figured asking the children to help would have taken more time trying to round them up..... They still chipped in with little things

Shasta was incredible I must say. Still there mentally. I am looking into next year at Trinity. Heard that is very nice as well.

We slept on the top deck and my morning ritual was roll out of the sack hit the water slide before the kids for the "first one in the water" award:ro) . You are right, houseboats are Big Time Fun....

great news on the tee-shirts, maybe the end of August?

Funny about the boat launch ramps. This year I have been frequenting a small flood control lake by the name of West Branch. VERY heavily used by the locals - plenty of trailer parks and small farm towns. The last two times I put in at the ramp someone had sunk their boat. Once because they did not close a valve to the live well and once because they ran into the dock next to the ramp. It is ALWAYS a good time watching people at the ramp. We can camp into early December, run the heat at night. I have used the camper in February, no water and lots of propane. I have been on Lake Erie in October - Very interesting. weather changes quickly, from flat < 2 feet to 8 -12 footers. Good time riding the ferry out to the islands in 8 - 12 footers. Love the snow, over 130 inches last year (not all at once). At one point we had over 40 inches on the ground before it started raining. 4 wheel drive becomes a necessity at times.

Again good job on the tee-shirts Jeff - thanks for all your help with the dually club, and thanks to Jackpine for keeping track of the numbers.
One round on me!
