Has anyone out there purchased tires and wheels from this company? I made an order from them two weeks ago. They sent an order conformation back and I did not here from them again until this week because I kept sending them emails wanting updates. I was getting very worried because they would not reply. I did not realize the web site did not have a phone number listed. They did reply on Friday however said my order would not ship until the end of August. I canceled the order because of the shipping time.

I order tires from discounttiredirect. They were the best price I could find. Only problem was it took about a month to get the tires. Got the run around from a couple people in cust svc who did not know what they were talking about. Fininlly got someone whe knew what he was doing and it only took a couple of days after thatn to get them.

If you order from them just keep at them. If they don't ship withing a couple of days after placing the order start calling.

I think I need to start using the spell checker...
