radiator hose to be almost flat after driving it for an hour? Its like its being compressed? Thanks for any answers.

No its not normal, but how is it getting compressed is the real question. The upper hose is the discharge side, not the suction side. Ive seen lower radiator hoses get sucked shut (thats why they have a spring inside of the) but never an upper hose.

Could it be blockage of some sort? It also ran pretty cool if the temp. guage is working correctly. If the thermastat was removed could this be the cause? Thanks

not me! Mine's as hard as a rock! Compleet with bubbles in the radiator... Hmm... maybe thats not good either... :D

you guy with the collapsed top hose,have you perhaps swapped the belt and routed it wrong.
The waterpump running the wrong way will cause reverse flow,

I agree, I've seen this on other trucks with serp belts...

It'll only be a problem when it quits running altogether! I've got a spare motor ready, so I'm driving this one till it grenades! :)
