What have most of you been seeing from order to delivery? Assuming my dealer has an immediate allotment if I order tomorrow when do you think i would see the truck?

I have no idea but I do know that customers orders bump dealer allocation trucks. You go to the front of the line with other customers.

Yep, about 8 weeks. I ordered on June 16th, and then it took almost 3 weeks for the dealer to get an allocation and order number. Build week is Aug 9th.

I may be a little quicker than that.
Ordered on 6/16/10, TPW of 7/19/10 Still sitting at 3400 as of a few minutes ago. It hasn't updated yet today though.

I'm hoping for the first week in August.

My order date was 7/1/10, built 7/21/10, and delivered to the dealership today. I will be taking delivery Friday evening after the mount steps, flaps, and do spray in bed liner.

Amazing the difference in lead times to delivery. I had to CANCEL my order yesterday because:

June 12th - placed order with dealer.
June 29th - dealer got a build week of Aug 9th
Jul 27 - dealer phoned to say that build week was changed to Aug 30th

I had no option but to cancel because we are leaving on a cruise on Sept 16th and the truck would arrive at the Dealership in the third week of September, assuming that the Aug 30th date actually stayed in place. We don't get back until the first week of October, and leave for our winter location in Florida less than two weeks later, not enough time to outfit the truck before we leave.

So I've completely abandoned the order, a loss for GM as I might have the hots for some other truck by next year.

WOW!That really sucks! You might be able to find what you want on a lot before to much longer, and not have to wait for a ordered truck.

Yep, I've now started searching the lots at other nearby dealers.
