I used the search but could not find Exactly what i wanted to know. I have an 03 Duramax that needs to go in for Warranty work. I have an Edge w/A that i am for sure going to take off. But what about my Cold Air Intake and my 5-inch exhaust do they need to come off just to be safe? I am having work done on the A/C,Fan belt idler,Door locks,Air Bags. Thanks

Depends on your dealer. I doubt that they would care about the exhaust and the only thing about the intake is if it was one of those Oiled filter types, then don't be asking about a new MAF sensor. It's a known issue that the oil from an oiled filter coats the MAF sensor wire and screws it up.

Other than that, play dumb.
