So i live in Delaware and they are not suppose to check for any emissions equipment, but when i went through inspection they checked for a muffler and now wont pass me, freaking PITA as i have to cut a section of pipe out and clamp up a muffler i borrowed run through inspection then put the straight pipe back in, Any tips on not having to do this again? i notice some people have stacks how do you pass with those?
