What's the deal with "lifetime" balancing on tires purchased through you? How much does it cost to have a Discount/American tire take care of this or is it free like some other tire company's do when you purchase tires from them?

if the tires are purchased from us (Discount Tire), we balance them for free during the life of the tire.

OR, you can install DynaBeads and never need to balance the tires again for the life of the tires.

and then install more if you ever have a flat repair done. ;)
not saying they are bad to use, just food for thought

But you will only balance if you see fit!
I asked to have my tires balanced because they vibrate and the guy said they're worn out and ruined so we will just swap them from front to rear.
I will fully admit the alignment is off on the front end and they have worn unevenly, but they are not at the wear indicators yet so it should be my perogative to have them done.
This will effect my decision to go back to you when I replace them after the first of the year.

Yeah when I called the local Discount tire store they looked up my info and said I had free balancing when they first mounted it or some crap but it was going to be $50 to balance the 4 of them. At the tire shop I used to use there was no questions about this kind of thing.
