Im tired of jumping in and out of my bed to get tools and equimpment. Im wanting to put a flatbed with tool boxes for easy access. Anyone have pics of a lifted truck with a flatbed?? Im not sure what it will look like. I have a single wheel with a 6" lift and 37s.

I have found a couple online "lifted truck with flatbed" and have seen three here around town. One was a lifted Kodiac and it looked sweet, another was an 04 crewcab that was on 35"s, and then an old like 67 model just reg cab on 36"s. The crewcab on 35"s looked good cause he had tool boxes mounted under it in front of and bhind the rear wheels and it kept the definition of the rear wheel well which is what I think sets it off. The Kodiac was one with the 5th wheel short bed hookup in the back and it had its wheel wells defined. The older one was just a straight up flat bed with big semi looking mud flaps on it and it was not good looking at all. So I say if you are gonna do it make it the wheel wells defined and she ought to look pretty good. The dewalt Ford is dually and has a bed box on it but looks pretty sweet if you wanna look that one up.....Post pics if you decide to do it........Just my 2 cents

i think it would look good as long as you put wide enough wheels on it.

i seen one a month ago that had a full custom aluminum flat deck it actually looked really sweet wish i took a pic. he was rolling on 38's

I'm selling a nice alum 8' SRW flatbed with bulkhead and fold down sides. Shipping to TX may not be worth it though.
