Big thanks to this site for helping me figure out my harness issue. I was able to successfully "Ice Pick" my #7 injector connection, however while attempting #2 injector I applied a bit too much pressure and broke the connector :mad:, so I am in need of a new connector, and since I will be under the hood I figure I might as well do the proper kit on both #2 and #7.

Now the question is, does anyone have an extra kit they would like to sell or does anyone know where I might find a kit for sale? I tried GMpartsdirect and they are back ordered for some time it appears.

FYI, I believe it has been said on here that the "fix kit" is only as good as the original harness and will likely need to be ice-picked again.

Yes, understood, however I am replacing the connector as I broke the retaining clip while performing ice pick.

For me the GM Harness Service Kit has been trouble free for many thousands of miles (100K or so).
