Yesterday I parked my truck at lowe's to buy materials. When I came out there was coolant leaking under the truck and my power stearing pump was completely empty of fluid. Also, my radiator cap is hard to remove, as though it is under pressure.

If the upper radiator hose is hard still then it is under pressure.
