well after going through a piece of airseeder hose every hour, i got fed up and built a new boost tube.
heres the tube and everything on the engine http://i644.photobucket.com/albums/uu162/4320diesel/NewBoostTube002.jpg

heres the tube to presure chamber conection http://i644.photobucket.com/albums/uu162/4320diesel/NewBoostTube003.jpg
and turbo to tube conection http://i644.photobucket.com/albums/uu162/4320diesel/NewBoostTube004.jpg

this airseeder hose is 200X stiffer and thicker than the other crap i was using so it shouldnt blow out. today while towing a baler home in 35*C weather the hose never even got soft. so i doubt it will fail on this idea. and if it does im buying some silicone tubing to connect the tube.

nice setup im sure its alot than that banks kit an does the same thing, what did you make intake from? an were do you run your crank case vent? i was wondering if it would be ok to run a hose to the ground like semi trucks do?

i run my crank vent to the ground behind the truck. i took a long piece of heater hose, and run it along the frame all the way behind the rear axle and let it blow out there. ive had no engine oil leaks since i did it. but some people with the factory rope rear main seal have suffered severe rear main leaks when removing the CDR valve.
