Today I finally put on my 4" MBRP turbo back, i would like to say i am very impressed with the sound and throttle response. I have not drove it enough to get fuel econ numbers but i will get back to ya'll on that one. The install was pretty easy enough once i figured out what pipe went were. I would recommend this to anyone!

ok, so update. i have burned 2 tanks of fuel since the install and I must say i am very happy with the results. I have seen about 2-3 mpg increase in fuel economy and of course the throttle response with out all the restrictions of a DPF is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. Just save you old system...just in case you need it.

Just pulled 24 mpg at 65 mph. My best on the same trip before that was only 21.5 mpg so I am pretty pumped about removing the dpf

Wow, those are excellent numbers.
cbprov- Yes, you will need specific programming on order to run a full exhaust on your LMM. As long as you dont cut the stock exhaust, you can re-install it.

I am using the edge evo race to make sure the truck dosent go crazy without the dpf. And yes I am keeping my oem pipe just in case. It was pretty easy to install, once I figure out the directions it took about an hr.

What power setting were you on when you got 24 mpg?

i was running level 2 i mostly keep it at level 1 due to heavy traffic in va beach but on trips it goes to level 2 or 3

Wow, that's awesome. The highest I've seen on mine is 22 mpg on level 4 going about 70 the entire tank with the cruise on.

i find that it all has to do with the terrain. i will drive up to Williamsburg and reset the avg fuel and can average about 25-26 due to it being fairly level.
